  • Completed a Bachelor of Science: 3 year undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • English proficiency test: IELTS (6.5) TOEFL (79) Duolingo (105), PTE (53)
  • GRE score; Verbal (140)
  • All applicants are eligible for the Merit Scholarship based on GRE Scores
  • Pre requisite courses: Statistics, Matrix Methods/Linear Algebra, Basic calculus, Introductory computer programming
  • If a student is missing statistics or matrix methods they can be admitted with the requirement to take DSA 500 - a bridge course that is in addition to the 33 credits of the MS DSA Degree Requirements

What are the eligibility requirements for this program?

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Students studying in a STEM-designated program can apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT), allowing them to work for 12 months in the US after completing the degree program. The STEM designation of the degree makes students eligible for an additional 24-month STEM OPT extension. With up to 36 months more time to work and network in the US, international students can build valuable professional skills and contacts to help them with their career endeavors.
